Our Vision

Honey – an expression of living nature.
Our vision is to promote biodiversity, protect bees, and create a balance between humans, animals, and the earth.

With every flower our bees visit, a piece of this balance is created – a natural product that is produced in harmony with the seasons and without compromising on quality or sustainability.
We want to show that responsible beekeeping not only strengthens the bees, but also the land, the plants, and ultimately all of us.

Our goal: honey that not only tastes good, but also does good.

Our Team

After many years at sea, Beppe and Stefy, our beekeepers, have found their place in Gallura in northeastern Sardinia – surrounded by unspoiled nature and rich plant diversity.

“Our apiary was born out of a desire to preserve biodiversity, protect the welfare of bees, and work sustainably in harmony with nature. Organically managed from the outset and now certified according to biodynamic Demeter guidelines, we see ourselves not as breeders but as guardians of the bees: we create a healthy environment for them and pay careful attention to their well-being – for honey that is good for nature and people alike.”

Our Production

The Demeter-certified apiary is located on six hectares of Mediterranean landscape with a rich diversity of biodiversity that provides food and health for the bees.

For single-variety honey, we only move the colonies short distances depending on flowering times – this keeps the colonies strong and independent of supplementary feeding.
The honey is gently cold-spun, naturally filtered, and matured in stainless steel containers before being bottled.
Each batch is carefully analyzed to guarantee quality, purity, and origin—for unadulterated taste and the highest standards.

Why does honey crystallize?

Honey is a pure natural product. Its sugar content consists mainly of fructose and glucose. Over time, the glucose tends to separate from the honey, causing it to become solid or creamy. This process is called crystallization and is a sign of authenticity and quality.

Tip: If you prefer your honey to be liquid, simply place the jar in a water bath at max. 40 °C – it will quickly become clear and runny again.

What is Demeter?

Demeter certification is an international label for farms and products that follow biodynamic farming principles, named after the Greek goddess of agriculture. It guarantees that products are produced sustainably with strict standards that go beyond organic farming. These standards include respecting natural and lunar cycles, using biodynamic preparations to enhance vitality, promoting biodiversity, and ensuring holistic, environmentally friendly practices throughout production and processing. The certification symbolizes a commitment to regenerating the soil, protecting animal welfare, and delivering nutrient-rich, high-quality food.
